Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly, and a copied prompt or downloaded file cannot be returned. That is why the free copies exist: try up to 2 items every 36 hours before you pay.

1. You can get a full refund if

  • you ask within 7 days of paying, and you have not copied or downloaded any item that the purchase unlocked;
  • you were charged twice for the same thing;
  • an item you bought does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report.

2. Refunds are not available if

  • you have copied or downloaded an item from the purchase, except in the cases above;
  • you changed your mind after using the items;
  • your account was closed for breaking the Terms of Service.

3. How to ask

Email hello@thedesignstack.co.in from the address you used at checkout, with your order ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, access to the items it unlocked ends.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
